Nurture With: Inclusive and Accessible Well-being and Personal Development for Every Body.

With journaling as our foundation our framework guides people to be able to take care of themselves and design their futures.

How does it work?

Our mission is simple: to make well-being knowledge, personal development, mentoring, and coaching accessible to all.

Over the past two years, we've refined and tested a straightforward four-step well-being framework that will provide each individual with the tools to nurture all aspects of their individual well-being.

We use a holistic approach, blending personal development concepts with relevant subjects to craft a well-being framework that fills the gaps in today's education system; aiming to combine knowledge sharing with practical application.

This has been distilled into an easy-to-follow four-step process, available in our wellness journals and courses.

We specialise in diversity and inclusion, with our journals being adaptable to a wide range of groups. Our mission is to raise awareness that well-being is a unique jor each individual.

We have a specialisation in neurodiversity, and we've developed a series designed to cultivate well-being, increase awareness, and break down stigma.

Why did we create this?

“As experienced professionals in mental health, research, and education, we have witnessed what is lacking from the system. We want to transform the mental health narrative. Our focus is on prevention, connection, and progress, with a mission to raise awareness and eliminate stigma. We have a philosophy of interconnection and want to create a shared language of well-being."

We believe in interconnection, where the well-being of one group affects the entire collective.

That's why we aim to create an adaptable, inclusive language of well-being. See below for more information on who we work with.

We offer customised journals and courses co-created in partnership with different organizations and groups.

Who is it for?

Nurture With Education

Nurture With Education integrates well-being and personal development skills into the educational journey. Our mission is to empower individuals to purposefully design their lives while equipping them with the necessary tools to nurture their well-being.

We understand that the transition from school or education into the next phase of life can be incredibly challenging and unsettling. It's a time when many young people experience mental health difficulties. That's why we believe it's crucial to cultivate self-awareness and well-being knowledge during this pivotal period. Within our framework and journals, we have included concepts and themes such as social media and finances that we believe contribute to a person’s “whole” success during and after education.

Nurture With Care Work

We firmly believe that cultivating collective well-being requires a whole approach, and this means nurturing the people who dedicate themselves to care work. We recognise that emotional labor is often invisible, yet its impact on individuals can be significant, both emotionally and physically. All too often, those who provide care to others neglect to prioritize their well-being. That is why we have developed a package designed to support and empower carers.

Taking care of oneself is not a luxury; it is a fundamental necessity. Our package equips care providers with the knowledge and practices to prioritise self-care, establish healthy boundaries, and develop sustainable well-being habits. By nurturing themselves, care providers can enhance their resilience, recharge their emotional reserves, and ultimately provide higher-quality care to those they serve.

Nurture With Neurodiversity;Autism and ADHD

We have carefully developed a framework that is specifically designed to educate, nurture, and empower individuals with neurodiversity.

Our well-being framework aims to go beyond labels, exploring diverse research around autism and ADHD so that each person can create a relationship with their diagnosis. Being neurodiverse means that you might need to develop a particular approach to well-being, and an understanding of how your mind and body work best. Our specially designed framework explores concepts and themes relevant to people with neurodiversity so that they can create a personalized well-being guide and work with me guide. We explore the workings of the mind and body, empowering individuals to better understand themselves, and identify their unique needs.

Journals support each person to gain a sense of control over their own identity and cultivate a genuine sense of pride in who they are. They further act as a tool to be able to communicate their needs to others or share information about neurodiversity.

Nurture With: Employee Well-being

Our Nurture With: Work package empowers employees to cultivate their own well-being, creating a positive and productive work environment for everyone; and creating a shared language of well-being amongst all collegues.

Whole well-being is a critical factor for organizational success, influencing productivity, engagement, creativity, and retention. The Nurture With: Work package addresses this critical need by providing a tangible and trackable approach to cultivating well-being in the workplace, with measured qualitative and quantitative data.

Our process empowers employees to take charge of their well-being, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability.
